Maria Luisa Winters

Maria Luisa passed away on August 26, 2024 in Tucson AZ. She was born on November 15, 1935 in Rosario Sinaloa. Preceded in death by her mother Benita Morales , sons Jose Gerardo Valdez and Jesus Hector Winters. Survived by Daughters Maria Castillo and Vera Winters Ibarra, sons Miguel Angel Valdez and Francisco Javier Winters. Survived by her grandchildren Luis Castillo, Marcia Castillo, Jennifer Barrett, Anne Marie Espinoza, Angelica, Erika, Jessica Jose Gerardo, Christopher, Nicole, Joshua, Alex, Bryce, Nicholas, Jackie, Chris, Monika and Daniel, Rafael, Joana, Lizbeth, Jesus Hector, Fabian, Dillon. She is survived by many great great grandchildren. She was well known for her delicious cooking especially her tamales Sinaloa style. She will be greatly missed.

The (Chanita) Legacy ended in her but lives in us all. She was our love for home. She may not hold our hands no more, but our hearts forever. Till we meet again.
