Maria Luisa passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025, at the age of 94.Born on February 16, 1930, Maria Luisa lived a full and vibrant life, touching the hearts of everyone she encountered. A woman of warmth, generosity, and love, she was known for her boundless hospitality. Her home was always open, offering comfort and a warm plate of food to anyone in need. Whether family, friends, or strangers, Maria Luisa made everyone feel like they were part of her extended family.A lover of life, she found joy in the simple pleasures. Maria Luisa had a passion for the casino, where she enjoyed the thrill of the game. Sundays were reserved for playing cards with loved ones, and her laughter filled the room during these cherished gatherings. She also found peace and joy in her quiet moments of coloring in her beloved coloring books, a hobby that brought her endless contentment throughout her life.Maria Luisa leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and a deep sense of family. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, each of whom she adored and who will carry her memory in their hearts forever. Her unwavering love and her ability to make everyone feel welcome and special will be deeply missed.A celebration of Maria Luisa's life will be held at Adair Carroon January 10 2025 from9am-2pm with mass to follow at Sacred Heart Church and celebration of life at the Diamond House from 3-6pm, where family and friends will gather to remember her enduring spirit.Family is asking if you wish to bring a rose bush with you to plant in her memory at the cemetery. May she rest in peace, knowing that her love will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
